Where do you operate?
We're based in Dubai and deliver events across the UAE and the wider Gulf region. For international briefs we partner with trusted local suppliers.
What size of event do you take on?
Anything from an intimate 12-person workshop to a multi-day corporate programme with several hundred guests. The purpose matters more to us than the headcount.
Can you source the venue as well?
Yes. Venue sourcing is one of our core services — we shortlist spaces across Dubai based on your brief, budget and the atmosphere you're after, and handle negotiation and contracts.
How far in advance should we book?
Workshops and small community events can often be delivered in three to four weeks. Corporate programmes, exhibitions and retreats usually need eight to twelve weeks. If it's urgent, ask — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Do you work with artists and facilitators directly?
Always. We maintain a network of UAE-based artists, wellness practitioners and workshop leads, and we work with clear participation terms so everyone involved knows what to expect.
How is pricing structured?
Every proposal is itemised — venue, production, facilitators, catering and our management fee — so you can see exactly where the budget goes and adjust before we commit.
